IBPS and SBI ask for a 200 × 230 px photo (20–50 KB), a 140 × 60 px signature (10–20 KB) and a 240 × 240 px left thumb impression (20–50 KB), all JPG.

Common reasons IBPS & SBI uploads get rejected: A signature photographed with lots of empty paper around it looks tiny at 140 × 60 — the auto-clean trims the paper so the ink fills the box. Left thumb impression smudged or too faint — press firmly on a fresh ink pad. Handwritten declaration not in your own handwriting or not in English.

Portals change the numbers between recruitment cycles. If your notification says something different, pick "Custom size" and type its numbers in — everything else works the same.
