How to reorder pages in a PDF

Rearrange, rotate and delete PDF pages by drag and drop, then save a clean new file. Free and fully in-browser.

Scanned or exported PDFs often come out in the wrong order — pages reversed, a cover in the middle, one page sideways. This tool shows every page as a thumbnail so you can drag them into the right sequence, spin any page upright, and drop the ones you do not want, all on one screen.

Only the page order and rotation change; the content of each page is untouched. Download the reorganised PDF when the layout looks right.

The file is processed on your own device and never uploaded to a server.

Steps

  1. Add your PDF to the Organize PDF tool.
  2. Drag page thumbnails to reorder them.
  3. Rotate or remove any page you do not want.
  4. Download the reorganised PDF.

How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?

Drag the page thumbnails into the order you want, then download. The page content is not changed.

Can I merge pages from another PDF here?

Use Merge PDF to combine documents first, then Organize PDF to fine-tune the page order.

Will reordering change the page content?

No — only the order and rotation change. Text and images are untouched.

Can I remove pages from a Word document?

Yes. Drop the .docx or .doc file in — it is shown page by page as it prints. Remove the pages and download a PDF, or download it as a Word file again.

Is the PDF uploaded?

No. The file is processed on your own device and never uploaded to a server. A Word file is uploaded only for the conversion and deleted straight after.
