How to convert a PDF to an editable Word document

When you only have the PDF but need to edit the content, this converter reconstructs it as a Word document: paragraphs become editable text, tables become real tables, and images are placed back in. For a scanned PDF it runs OCR first so the text is recognised rather than left as a picture.
